How To Apply For a PHAB Standard

Individual Applications

Of course you're a star performer, but unfortunately we can't just take your word for it! You must show us what you're made of with some facts and figures (and independent proof that they're correct) and customer testimonials. But don't be daunted – the process is really easy and we do most of the work for you. Here's how: 

Submit your initial application and receive your log in details to the Client Area of our website. Remember, you can return to the Client Area to view the progress of your application as often as you like.

For customer testimonials, check how many are required in your PHAB Standard category and simply give us the name, email address and a mobile contact number of a selection of your regular customers.

We then email them a copy of a customer testimonial form to complete and return to your application folder. But remember – these customers must have been visiting you regularly for at least two years click here to see a copy of the customer testimonial form.

Until these customers have submitted their testimonials, your application remains incomplete and cannot be processed any further. Some customers may need a gentle reminder to submit their testimonials.

Finally, don't forget your application form must detail the contact number of your salon manager or owner for validation purposes. And it's a land line number we want; mobile phone numbers are not acceptable. We have to make the call to your salon manager or owner to check the accuracy of your application. So no fibbing please!

Once you've completed these steps and your checklist has ticks against all the criteria, you're ready for the next step, which is to Pay Online.

Now you are ready to submit your completed application to PHAB.

Then you just wait for us to get on with the verification process and we will be in touch with you when we have completed all our checks.

Salon/Spa Applications

Of course your Salon/Spa is performing well, but unfortunately we can't just take your word for it!
