Before you can begin the exam, you will need to complete the form below. Once you have submitted the form, you will be directed to the payment area.

Once your payment has been received, you will be sent a link to the exam via email. Unless you have set aside the required time to sit the exam you should not log-in. Once activated, the timer on the exam will begin to count-down. We advise a quiet, undisturbed setting for the exam. You will need a computer with a printer to print off your exam results.

Please double check all details, including spellings and email addresses as these play a vital role in the exam administration.

  1. You can only buy one exam at a time, as we need the examinee’s details for the results sheet.
  2. Please fill in the examinee’s details taking great care when spelling first and last names because any mistakes made will be reflected in the results sheet.
  3. Any mistakes in email addresses will result in the exam link being sent to the wrong email address. Once a link is sent out to the email address provided, the payment will not be refunded.
  4. If an examinee fails the exam, they cannot re-apply to sit the same exam until 3 months have passed during which time we recommend that they improve their consultation skills. One of the ways in which this can be done is by visiting www.phabstandard.com where we list all relevant, available courses in customer care, in the UK. These are listed for easy access and we attempt to list all reputable hair, beauty and nail manufacturer's and supplier's academy courses. Also listed are the courses of the leading trainers in our Industry.
  5. After you have made your payment you will be sent a link to a log-in page. When you are ready to sit the exam (please make sure you are working on a computer with printer attached to print off your results sheet) please log-in and the exam will commence once you click on the start button.
  6. You will have 40 minutes to complete the exam. DO NOT CLICK THE START EXAM BUTTON UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO SIT AND COMPLETE THE EXAM. If you do not complete the exam in the allocated time you will fail the exam and the exam fee will not be refunded.
